How to Get Your Money Back

Contact us within 30 days of your order date.

We'll refund the product price, but not shipping, taxes, or fees.

One Refund Per Customer: One refund per lifetime, per product, per customer (or address).

Shipping's On You: Shipping costs (original and return) aren't refundable.

Sets & Bundles: Sets and bundles are treated as multiple items. If you're not happy with a set, we'll refund the highest-priced item in that set.

Discounted Items: Refunds on discounted items will reflect the discounted price you paid.

No Games: This policy is for real customers. Abuse it, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds and potentially suspend your account.
